Hemp Flour

Our Flour is a delicious protein rich alternative/addition to traditional flours, for use in any baked goods ( biscuits / breads / savouries / pastries etc.).  We generally recommend a mix with other flours to give a lighter consistency - but all pallets are different. 

The flour has a pleasant nutty flavour and contains a high percentage of the nutrients/vitamins present in our the raw seeds and oil (our test showed 35% protein content).  In addition, the flour is also an excellent Gluten free alternative.
