Fudgy Brownie Truffles
DESCRIPTION:

Servings : 16-18 Truffles

Fudgy and decadent - with hidden secret ingredients no-one will suspect. Really yummy though.

INGREDIENTS:

Truffles

3/4 Cup Chickpeas - pulsed into a Hummus-like consistency

3/4 Cup Almond Nut Butter (or any Nut Butter)

1/2 Cup Hemptons Shelled Hemp Seeds

1 Teaspoon raw Cacao Powder

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup (or raw Honey)

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Coconut Flour

 

Chocolate Coating

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

2 Teaspoons Coconut Oil

 

Toppings

1 Tablespoons Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon Pecans

INSTRUCTIONS:

Truffles

Line a baking tray with waxed paper

Pulse the truffle ingredients together into a chocolatey dough-like consistency

Once well combined, scoop out some of the dough and begin rolling it into individual truffle balls

Place evenly across baking tray and pop in fridge for about 20 minutes

Chocolate Coating

While the truffles are in the fridge, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over a double boiler until fully melted

Dip each truffle individually in the chocolate and place back onto the tray

Sprinkle with crumbled pecans and/or sea salt

Place back in fridge for about an hour to set (or freezer)

Store in airtight continuer for 5 days in fridge or a couple of months in freezer.
