Mocha Buckwheat Breakfast Pudding
INGREDIENTS:

100g (1/2 Cup) Buckwheat Groats

1 Ripe Banana

120ml (1/2 Cup) Almond, Coconut, Hemp, or any other plant based milk of your choice

2 Tablespoons Almond Butter

2 Tablespoons Shelled Hemp Seeds

3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

1 Teaspoon instant Espresso Powder

1 Tablespoon real Maple Syrup or raw Honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the Buckwheat to a bowl. Cover with water and leave to soak overnight.

Next morning, drain and rinse the buckwheat. Add it to a blender/food processor along with the other ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy

Decant and serve with your favourite toppings.
