1/4 Cups Walnuts
1/4 Cups Buckwheat Groats
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cups fresh, sliced Zucchini
1 Pitted Date (or more depending on how sweet you want it)
1 1/2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Pea or Sprouted Brown Rice Protein Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Pinch of Sea Salt
Optional: 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon and 1/4 Teaspoon ground Cardamom
1/2 Cup Plant-Based Milk
Toppings: Berries or whatever takes your fancy
Soak the Buckwheat groats and walnuts overnight in a bowl filled with water.
Drain and rinse nuts and groats and blend with all other ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Top with berries, nut butter, puffed quinoa or anything you like!
