1 Banana

1 Pear

1 Date

1/2 Cup cooked Buckwheat Groats

1/4 Cup chopped Almonds

1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed

1 Tablespoon Shelld Hemp Seeds

1 Tablespoon Hemp Protein Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Roasted Carob Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS:

Slice banana into bite-size pieces

Core the pear and slice into bite sized pieces

Cut date into bite sized pieces

Place the Buckwheat Groats into a bowl.

Top it with all the other ingredients and splash with Rooibos Almond or Hemp Milk.
